I think one of the difficulties of charging is not knowing how much to charge.

I’ve read through the threads in PiPho wherein newbies (like me) are asking for market rates. Unfortunately, even the experienced photographers couldn’t answer the question.

All I could really do is look at what photo labs charge for group shots and follow their rate. Of course, I’d be offering additional value to the client.

If you can give us other tips on pricing, we’d greatly appreciate it.
